Pay for Good Grades DUE Wed., Jan. 30, 2008
Do you think students should be paid if they make good grades? In the January 28, 2008 edition of USA Today, there is an article and an editorial on this topic (3A - "Kids' good grades pay off - literally" AND 8A - "Performance Pay"). This is a controversial topic because some people support the idea, some do not. The article gives both perspectives - pro and con. Read the article and decide for yourself. Do you think paying students to make good grades is beneficial to students? Why or why not?

Yes I know mostly students will glad when school pay to students and me because I can pay stuff, new Dirt Bike, new Skate-Boarding, and food or everything. Many student will more hard foucs their class and homework when school pay to students. As teacher is alway happy and fast ready for class because school pay to teacher. That why teacher really crazy for fast ready and more hard class effect school pay to teacher. If school do that pay to student and teacher, both will more hard learning and foucs their class and homework. Students will more better grade than before.

Yes, I think paying students to make will good grades is beneficial to students because many students will glad for get money as job. I want equal for teacher and student's wage because student do hard homework and class as teacher do alot teach to them.
Yes because kids need to be paid if they make good grade because they can accept by college and job.
If they failed the class then they couldn't get paid and college will not accept the student's grade.And Job too!But i never heard of it!
lTeacher should not pay the students who make good grade. I I know that alot of students want money for dirtbikes and jetski they are just spoiled. They should find their own job. They should worry about insurance for the future. You need make some money for college. You need alots of money because money is more important in the future not stealing the teacher money

I think that fly racing is right because teachers or principles should not pay the students for good grades. I want students help themselves a work.If students got a good grade then teachers can cheer them up and discuss about them if they can go to college! But students need money is find themselve job!
Allright. I disagree that, because my opinion is not necessary to pay students for make improve their grade. But Students have to learn their eduations If not then students will deserve it for that. So, I guartee that, when teachers will pay students for good grade then students will get profile money then doesnt matter they want to buy anything. And I think that students need save for going college then they will get more profile money. Argee or disagree?

Yes, If the students will motivate learning lots and person who is gives money to the students. I am sure that the students will be excited and lots motivate. If the students work so hard and advance level for reading, math, english, and many things. The teacher always come to school for everyday and teach to the students for improve their grade for pull up than lower grades.
My opinion is if the students is motivate for the money and when person give to student who is hard work and improve their grades then would be stop motivate and no hard work. Some the students want to still moivate for learning lots.

I think pay the students to makes will good grades beneficial students because many of the students will be very glad for get money from person who is give money to the students. Maybe students will come to school for everyday because want have money and very motivate learning. I am sure that teacher will pleasure it.
Of course, Students should be paid. If they make good grade. Because students save money many time from good grade many years until graduation. Then students will go to public college or travel to learn each place and learn different language or find job then save money for their babies in future or different reason about money. students will have good life from save money for reason. Students will excite to work hard to do in class or homework.
If students not get paid then they will be lazy or calm and forget homework from party or not think that they have homework. Because they not have eager for extra education. Most students are graduation from school then look for jobs and hard to find cheap apt or house or hard to do right money for marry or something many things to hard to pay expensive things. Or most students go to school then work jobs on Monday to Saturday and they don't have time for do their homework. Because they need to have money for their need things like pay bills or good or safe reason things, their family can't afford for money. Some family focuses their children to go jobs before school everyday.
